Shipping Policy


We aim to have all orders processed and shipped within 3-7 working days of your order being placed.

As we are a small independent business it can take us some time to dispatch all our orders, however we try our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. We typically post out orders every Monday and Thursday. 

If there is an issue or unexpected delay with your order, we will be in touch via email as soon as possible. 

We will send all orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class; whilst they aim to deliver the next working day we would ask that you allow 3 working days for your order to arrive.  


Mainland UK

We offer free shipping on products to Mainland UK.


It is your responsibility as a customer to provide us with the correct delivery address. If an incorrect shipping address is supplied, we will be unable to refund or resend your order.

We will take no responsibility for lost items if you have provided the wrong delivery information, and urge you to contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues with your delivery information. 

We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because payment has not been made by the customer or because of unforeseen issues with third party delivery/postage companies.

If you're not in to accept delivery and do not arrange a redelivery from your local post office, your parcel will be shipped back to us after 14 days. We will require postage to be paid again by yourself before re-shipping the parcel.
