Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please contact us via our Contact us form to arrange a return. We aim to answer all queries within 48 hours.

Whilst we take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely with you, we do understand accidents can happen. Therefore if your order arrives damaged in any way, we urge you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and any supporting evidence for the damage. We will look to resolve any issue within 48 hours of hearing from you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Scent Kings is not liable for return shipping costs and these costs must be paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be honoured.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item use our Contact us form and provide us with what you are looking to exchange and for which product.

To return your item, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs.

You may want to consider choosing a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the items being returned. We would also recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery and ensure you keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (usually five business days).
